Regina Petruzzi Neumann has lived in Northern Virginia for more than a decade. She was born and raised in a small town in Western Pennsylvania, where her family owned and operated a real estate brokerage business for many years. Regina is a licensed attorney and has practiced law in Virginia, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia for over 16 years. She received her undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She is a passionate advocate for her clients in the real estate arena, as well as the courtroom. Developing a real estate sales business has always been a dream of hers, as it combines her years of legal experience with her enthusiasm for being a “people person.” Regina chose Hunt Country Sotheby’s International Realty, because of the trust and respect the Sotheby’s Realty brand has earned internationally and locally. Regina and Sotheby’s International Realty share the same core value of providing the best possible service to their clients regardless of the monetary amount of the transaction. Whether she is dealing with a modest condominium, a sprawling estate or something in between, Regina provides the same personal touch and attention to detail to everyone with whom she works. Regina strives to achieve the highest level of excellence and professionalism for each and every client. In her spare time, Regina is extremely active in raising awareness and support for Childhood Cancer research and funding. Regina donates a portion of any proceeds she receives to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Regina is also an avid supporter of various animal rescue groups, especially The Homeless Animal Rescue Team (HART) of Northern Virginia.
